Got it, maybe it was a mistake, another person had also deleted there own comment. By the way, I love your icon, Aang's expression is hilarious xD
Least Favorite:
13 - This icon has the beginnings of effective usage of the screencaps and border, but the text ruined it. The actual text itself feels akward; a sans-serif text would have suited it better as well as a single lined or centered placement. The leading is too large and shows where the text seems to want to be, but doesn't fit.
General Comment:
#13 - The cropping and coloring is very effective and has a cool spooky security camera look, but the text placement is jarring and doesn't flow with the rest of the icon. Maybe if the text was on one line and italicized/leaning to the left it would flow in the same direction as the lower frame, or maybe a tall column of tiny text running off on the lower right side of the black bar/border instead?
